After extensive vetting, we are now a Provider of "Nationwide Digital Filing" services for a reasonable Flat-Rate of $95, plus any applicable County Recorder Filing Fees. While we are prohibited (by law) from drafting your particular instruments (unless we are the Trustee of Record on your Land Trusts), we can file your existing Warranty Deeds, Grant Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, Grant, Bargain, Sale Deeds, and/or other instruments, generally within 1-3 business days in over 2,500 counties nationwide.
